Update on Commercial Units in Leicester

Just a quick update on the two new units Walters Architects are assisting with in Hamilton, Leicester.

These two industrial buildings are part of a wider development which has been running for over four years and is nearing completion of phase 3 of 4.

The two buildings on the right of the attached photograph are for a Greggs and Starbucks retail stores, one of which will be a ‘Drive-Through’.

Next year will see the start of two other units, phase 4, being built on the lower part same site. Both B2/B8 Units are being built speculatively for the client to rent out.

We are also involved in commercial and industrial projects via our second office in Oakham. We have a very exciting new build and extension project in the centre of Uppingham.
