Walters Architect have recently launched a new website announcing their services as Industrial Architects in Leicester.

The original business has been divided into two parts. The original website is still architectural whilst this website concentrates specifically on clients wanting extensions or build new B2/B8 industrial units. The two separate sites are intended to show different clients very specific elements of our work.

Walters Architects are an RIBA Chartered Practice who work with end users and project managers to gain Planning Permission, obtain Building Control Approval, secure Tender returns and Administrate Building Contracts (D&B or Traditional) for a variety of industrial and commercial client.

Our Practice undertake works all over the country as well as currently working on existing sites in Leicester, Rutland, Oakham, Charnwood and Peterborough.
